Valerie's Blueberry Muffin

Attended Valerie's muffin class last week, the recipe was easy to do, since there are blueberries at home, so made a batch for Sunday afternoon tea. I reduce the sugar as the original recipe is abit sweet for me, after adjusted the amount of sugar the texture of the muffin were still moist.

    Do these type of muffic cup need to line or grease b4 pouring in the batter?

    Hi Anonymous,

    I didn't grease or line the paper cups, to me this type of cup is meant to be use 1 time only.

    Valerie's class are held at a few cc, go to pa website and seach under 'variety baking workshop for adults' should be able to locate her classes.
