I never thought that turkey could taste so nice till I tried the sample portion done by Chef yong at his class. Thanks to my friend S who help hunted a small turkey for my oven and Kenny who helped to bought the turkey and some other ingredient. Tried making it on Saturday for family gathering at my in-law's place, all like it and the mushroom sausage.

First attempt making logcake, the swiss roll (yochana's recipe) was not so well done, need more practise to get better roll. Kenny also help to decorate the cake.
